Program is ideal for most senior citizens. It truly has the potential to add years to their life and life to their years.

Many problems that many senior citizens live with are the results of years of sedentary lifestyle, obesity, bad habits of smoking, drinking, and general neglect of themselves. The DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program enjoyably, gradually, and realistically addresses most of these problems at virtually zero cost and virtually zero wasted time. However, there are major dangers of senior citizens participating in the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program which must be identified and addressed first:

  1. It is absolutely imperative that the senior citizen gets evaluated by their physician and gets medical clearance prior to starting the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program for Senior Citizens.

  2. It is critical that the stationary exercise machine which permanently stays in front of their television is comfortable to use, atraumatic, and is compatible with any medical conditions that the senior citizen may have. The stationary exercise machine that I almost always recommend to senior citizens is the Schwinn Airdyne.

  3. The senior citizen should start using the Schwinn Airdyne very slowly at a very comfortable pace, 4+ times a week, while enjoyably watching television. Start off at 1/2 minute to 1 minute the first week and increase at the rate of 1/2 minute to 1 minute per week until you are at the level of 1 hour plus 4+ times a week, at a comfortable, not an exhausting pace. The key to success with this program for senior citizens is moderation. If you get tired stop. If you get chest pain stop and call 911. The purpose of this program is to help you not to kill you.

  4. Start lifting light weights, stretching, and doing light calisthenics at a very low level or not at all. If not at all consider adding them to your program as your level of physical fitness increases from the use of your Schwinn Airdyne.

  5. Realize that some senior citizens will get off of their Schwinn Airdyne and drop dead. Realize that some senior citizens will drop dead while on their Schwinn Airdyne. Realize that some senior citizens will have medical conditions that will be made substantially worse by participation in the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program for senior citizens and these individuals should not participate.

This is the risk of being a senior citizen. The critical thing to realize that any program that gets you lean, physically fit, and more knowledgeable about longevity parameters will statistically add healthy years to your life.
