The DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program not be used, or if used, it is to be used very sparingly, with your physician's approval, under your physicians supervision, and only for short periods of time. I can be dangerous and quite frankly we do not recommend it. It is the feeling of the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program that the ideal way to lose weight is slowly, 1/2 pound a week, via an effective life long positive change in lifestyle, until your ideal lifelong target goal weight is attained and then maintained. Any weight loss at a rate faster then 1/2 pound a week in our opinion represents a substantial stress on the individual. The average individual in most cases does not need that added stress.

That being said, why do we present the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program, and how does it work? There are two reasons that we present the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program:

  1. There are individuals who are not content with a 1/2 pound a week loss. They want a faster weight loss, understand the greater risk, are willing to accept that risk, have their physician's approval and are willing to be supervised by their physician.

  2. Certain individuals who are participating in the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM program, hit a wall. They get stuck at a specific weight or even gain a few pounds. They need a jump start and are willing to accept the risks of the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program.

What is the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program and how does it work?

There are many relatively effective rapid weight loss programs out there and there will be more. Most share one ting in common. You go on the diet, you lose a lot of weight quickly. You go off the diet you tend t gain the weight back almost as quickly as you lost it.

What the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program is: Combine a rapid weight loss program, say the Atkins Diet, with the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program. Start them both simultaneously. Stay with the Atkins Diet for 1 or 2 weeks. By that time you will have lost 5 to 10 pounds. Now after 1 or 2 weeks on both programs, go off of the Atkins Diet and stay on the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program for the next 4 to 6 weeks giving your body a rest from the Atkins Diet. By virtue of the fact that you are using your stationary exercise machine and counting calories most of the 5 to 10 pound weight loss will not come back. Then after a 4 to 6 week rest from both programs, go back on the combined Atkins Diet and DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program again for another 1 to 2 weeks, then repeat the process as often as you like. In the above example I used the Atkins Diet because it is a very effective rapid weight loss program, however any rapid weight loss program should work. Please check with your physician first and only do the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program under the supervision of your physician.

This is the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Rapid Weight Loss Program. We do not recommend that you do it. We recommend that you follow the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program. The weight did not go on overnight, it should not come off overnight.
