The essentials of most programs get lost in words. The DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM program is no exception. To address and rectify this problem all you must do to successfully achieve the endpoint of lifelong thinness, fitness and longevity is:
- Commit to enjoyably watching television, videos, listening
to music, reading,or using your computer. Simultaneously in the down
time while primarily enjoyably watching television, use a Schwinn Airdyne,
or any other comfortable stationary exercise machine, a minimum of
4+ times a week. Goal is to burn 1200 to 1600 calories a week as a
secondary function while primarily doing that which you enjoy, watching
television. Through out this discussion when I say watching television
it includes any enjoyable activity, specifically watching videos, listening
to music, reading, or using your computer. The key is that you have
to be able to use a Schwinn Airdyne or any other stationary exercise
machine simultaneously in the down time while doing that which you primarily
enjoy doing. (Through out this discussion when I say using using a
Schwinn Airdyne it includes using any stationary exercise machine such
as a stationary bicycle, treadmill, Air Walker, Nordic Track, rowing
machine, etc.) It just so happens that the stationary exercise machine
that I personally use is the Schwinn Airdyne and find it most excellent.
- Become calorie conscious. Use a 3 by 5 index card, scrap of paper
or hand-held computer to record the caloric content of the foods that
you eat. Eat the foods that you like to eat. Do not deprive yourself
of the foods that you enjoy. Watch the portion size. Record the total
calories consumed. Eat the foods that you enjoy, but in moderation.
Remember it is the calories that count. When you write down the calories
consumed, you become real calorie conscious, real fast.

Everything else, lifting light weights, stretching, calisthenics, taking
vitamins, taking an 81mg. aspirin, entering data into your computer, etc.
is great and very beneficial, however the bottom line is that if all you
do is eat in moderation and burn 1200 to 1600 calories a week while enjoyably
watching television on a Schwinn Airdyne, that is all you really need to
do. It will go a little slower and take a little longer, but eventually
you will achieve your goal of lifelong thinness, fitness and longevity.
