If you get too far ahead or behind the target weight and want to reset the number, enter the new target weight under "Reset Wkly Target Weight" then enter the date of the change and hit the submit button. This will Reset your weekly target weight and the computer will then decrease the new Weekly Target Rate by 1/2 pound a week.
When your ideal lifelong target weight is reached, the "Weekly Target Weight" will automatically stop decreasing.
Actual Weight - Record your weight daily or weekly and enter it. Try to stay at or ahead of the 1/2 pound a week weight loss indicated by your Weekly Target Weight. If you lose 1 pound the first week and 1 pound the second week, but gain 1/2 pound the third week you are still ahead of the WEEKLY TARGET WEIGHT.
Minutes on the Machine, Number of Times on Machine this Week, and Calories Consumed are self explanatory.

Lifted Weights, Stretched, Calisthenics and Medication Taken - check off that you did it, not how much.
Calories Wanted but Not Eaten - Keep track of this growing number on your 3 by 5 index card and enter the total daily. You will amaze yourself how many calories you can resist a day when you become conscious of them.
You can stop counting and recording Calories Wanted but not Eaten and Calories Consumed after you have attained and maintained your Lifelong Target Goal weight for 3 months. If however you gain 10 pounds over that weight, you should start recording them again until you attain and maintain your Lifelong Target Weight for another 3 months.
