The 100/200/7 Option is mentioned to be condemned and strongly advised not to be used, except by individuals who have been practicing the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program for at least a year and are physically conditioned to using their Schwinn Airdyne. An instance when the 1000/200/7 Option might be used is when you get stuck at a weight, you hit a wall and need to breakthrough. This should only be attempted under the close supervision of your physician and even then it is truly risky and dangerous.

What the 1000/200/7 Option consists of is limiting your calorie consumption to 1000 calories a day and burning 200 calories a day on your Schwinn Airdyne. If your count is correct you will be living on 800 calories a day and can lose 2 to 8 pounds a week. The 1000/200/7 Option should not be done for more then 7 days at a time. Thus the name 1000/200/7 Option, for 1000 calories consumed, 200 calories burned for 7 days. The most you should do this is 1 week out of 4, thus 1 week on, and 3 weeks off. Be careful. This program is dangerous, should only be attempted under the close supervision of your physician and even then we cannot guarantee your safety. It is too rapid a weight loss and puts too much stress on your system. 1/2 pound a week weight loss with the DRLOSSWTLOSS.COM Program is a much safer, much less stressful way to go.
